Overlake Split Level Addition

This Redmond home was in need of more space and updates that better suit our clients' lifestyles. We designed a new addition with almost 600 sq ft of new living space! The new space includes reconfiguring their master bedroom to create a larger room as well as a bigger bathroom/closet, adding an extra bedroom, bathroom, rec room, and mud room! This project is finished and the transformation is beautiful! White, bright, open spaces, with clean lines and modern touches - a place that our clients are happy to call home.
