Maple Leaf Cozy Craftsman

Our clients approached us to design a seamless addition to their modestly sized Seattle craftsman home. The addition we've designed focuses on creating an attached garage that enters the home through a combination mud and laundry room. This reconfiguration allows for more space in the small kitchen that currently houses the main family entrance, the laundry closet, and a powder room. The kitchen layout remains the same, but added space will include new storage, a new island with seating, refacing all cabinets and replacing the counters. Behind the garage, a new family room, office/guest room, and full bath will add private living space and a guest suite. These spaces will provide for relaxation, entertaining, and connection to the backyard patio. We look forward to seeing this project come to life!
