Lake City Modern Remodel

Our client has a generously sized property with an under-utilized spacious side-yard. However, much of the home has not been updated since it was built in the mid 60's. Though there is ample space, the kitchen is closed off, the bedrooms are small, and there is no direct access to the relaxing yard space. Our design focuses on creating an inviting home that connects indoors and outdoors effortlessly. On the first floor we will open and update the kitchen while relocating the patio door to face the side yard. The second level will be reconfigured to create a modern primary suite with a balcony, inviting ensuite bath, and walk-in closet, as well as relocating the bedrooms to the more private side of the home. Additionally, the second level will include a spacious media and yoga room with several new windows to take in the forest views. We anticipate our client and their beloved dog spending many happy years in their updated home!
