Houghton Basement Reimagined

The basement of this Kirkland home felt cold all the time. The laundry room was inefficient and the media room was not conducive for family time. We were able to transform this space. The media room now has a wet bar, built-in wine fridge, kegerator, top notch theater system, kids play area, and adequate storage space. The enlarged laundry room now has more counter space, storage, and an efficient layout so that folding laundry can be a bit more enjoyable. To top it off, the entire downstairs has radiant flooring and added insulation in the walls so it is warm and inviting!
