Project description: Our client's home is less than 15 years old, but they are ready to take on some major upgrades and make it their forever home. A folding glass wall system opens to a covered patio that promotes outdoor living while seamlessly flowing into the upgraded kitchen and living areas. The covered patio will include an outdoor kitchen and built-in heaters for entertainment all year round. A new 10 ft waterfall edge quartz island will be the heart of the kitchen while the new butler’s pantry helps create a high-functioning space that is built for family gatherings. Other updates include a dedicated mudroom, adding a new bathroom to the guest bedroom and converting the current downstairs bathroom into a powder room.
